Please ensure your address is correct at checkout, as changes cannot be made once your order is in transit. Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed. If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject it where possible or contact our support team.
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging, and returned with proof of purchase. Return requests must be approved before sending, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported promptly so we can resolve the issue. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
