1. 14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request and return your item.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or replacement.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
* Unworn and unused
* In original condition with tags attached
* Returned in original packaging
* Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. How to Return an Item

* Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivery times for replacement items may vary depending on your location.
4. Refunds
A pre paid label will be provided, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Items that are:
* On sale
* Discounted
* Purchased as part of a promotion
are not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
